Film Writers Chakravarthy, Satyamurthy No More

Chakravarthy had penned the story for Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari, and Gorthi Satyamurthy was the father of Devisri Prasad.

Popular Telugu film writer Srinivasa Chakravarthy passed away this morning in Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad.

Chakravarthy had written the story for the popular movie "Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari" starring Chiranjeevi and Sridevi. He also worked as a writer for popular movies including Pelli, Patnam Vacchina Prativathalu and Annadammula Saval.

Another popular film writer Gorthi Satyamurthy, 61, father of popular cine music director Devisri Prasad, also breathed his last at his Chennai residence this morning.

Several directors, actors and film personalities condoled the deaths of Srinivasa Chakravarthy and Satyamurthi.
