The CBI court on Saturday granted conditional bail to Sunil Reddy, an accused in the Emaar case.
The court asked Sunil to furnish surities of Rs. 2 lakh, and not to leave Hyderabad without permission.
Sunil Reddy, a close aide of YSR Congress Party president Jaganmohan Reddy, was lodged in Chanchalguda Jail since his arrest on January 24, 2012, by the Central Bureau Of Investigation, in the Emaar case.
The CBI had registered cases against him under Sections 120 B (criminal conspiracy), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating) and 477 (fraudulent cancellation, destruction etc) of the Indian Penal Code. (INN)
