Former Emaar-MGF CEO In CBI Custody

The CBI Special Court grants the CBI custody of the former CEO of Emaar-MGF, Srikanth Joshi.

The CBI Special Court, on Wednesday, granted the CBI custody of former CEO of Emaar-MGF Srikanth Joshi, from 5 to 9 March.

The court directed the CBI to interrogate Srikanth Joshi in the presence of of his lawyer, between 10am and 5pm.

The court issued these directions when CBI officials produced him in connection with his bail petition.

The court adjourned the further hearing of this case to 14 March.

Meanwhile, the court adjourned the bail petition of Vijay Raghav, the finance head of Emaar MGF, to 7 March. (INN)
