Acharya, Subrahmanyam Receive CBI Summons
While B P Acharya is lodged in jail, for his alleged involvement in the Emaar scam, L V Subrahmanyam is a TTD officer.

The CBI court, on Saturday, issued summons to IAS officers L V Subrahmanyam and B P Acharya, in connection with their alleged role in the Emaar-APIIC scam.
The special court, while issuing the summons to the bureaucrats, asked them to appear before the court on 18 June.
Since B P Acharya, who was arrested by the CBI some time back, is currently lodged in Chanchalguda Central Jail, the court has issued a Prisoner Transit Warrant against him, and directed the jail authorities to produce him in the court on 18 June.
L V Subrahmanyam is currently working as an Executive Officer of the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam's administrative board.
The probing agency has already registered cases against the bureaucrats,under IPC sections 120(B) and 109. (INN)
