In view of the imposition of the Model Code of Conduct by the Election Commission of India in Telangana from September 27, the proposed job mela on September 30 at the Telangana Brahmin Samkshema Parishad office in Boggulakunta has been postponed, and will be conducted after the elections for the state Assembly are over.
The cheque distribution function by IT minister K Taraka Rama Rao to the beneficiaries under the BEST scheme scheduled for September 28 has also been postponed for the aforesaid reason.
