Minister for Education Kadiam Srihari said the education system had collapsed in united AP, and consequently conducting the DSC had also gotten delayed.
Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari said that the District Selection Commission (DSC) exams will be conducted next year.
Speaking to media persons Friday, Srihari, who is also the Minister for Education, said that the education system had collapsed under the united Andhra Pradesh governments, and consequently conducting the DSC had also gotten delayed.
He averred that the government would follow the High Court's directions in letter and spirit.
Srihari also said that the government would take up appointment of educational volunteers, and that Vidya volunteers would be appointed to the vacant posts on an ad hoc basis.
Reiterating that no school in the state would be closed down and no injustice would be done to the students, the Minister for Education appealed to the parents not to worry about the future of their children.
Lashing out at the Seemandhra media for resorting to a vilification campaign against the Telangana government, he said that the government was committed to ensuring quality education to students in the state.
