Rajya Sabha member Palvai Goverdhan Reddy, on Sunday, said that Congress leaders should not depend on Congress president Sonia Gandhi for the creation of a separate Telangana state.

Talking to reporters, Palvai said that the Congress leaders had not acted with wisdom while dealing with the demand for Telangana.

Unfortunately, he said, the leaders have left the decision to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

He also slammed the Seemandhra leaders for trying to sabotage the Telangana movement. (INN)
