Reacting to Nalgonda MLA and former minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy's criticism of Telangana PCC chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy a couple of days ago, AICC general secretary in charge of Telangana Congress affairs Digvijaya Singh said that he didn't think Komatireddy would join the ruling TRS.
Speaking to the media after landing in the city on Sunday, Singh said that the differences in the TPCC would disappear soon.
He also alleged that the BJP at the Centre and the TRS in the State were not working as expected by the people, and that both parties had miserably failed to fulfill the assurances made by them on the eve of the elections.
He also exuded confidence that the Congress would win in Goa, Manipur and Punjab, and said that the Congress - Samajwadi Party alliance would emerge victorious in Uttar Pradesh, too.
Terming the violent incidents in the Tamil Nadu Assembly on Saturday as unfortunate, Singh said that the election of a new Chief Minister in Tamil Nadu was however happy news.
