Former chief minister and Tamil Nadu governor K Rosaiah, on Wednesday, stated that he would respond to the
ACB court's notices (over the de-notification of land in favour of private parties) only after receiving his copies.
Talking to media persons, Rosaiah said that he was yet to receive the notices of the ACB court, and that he would respond only after seeing them.
"I did not receive the ACB court notices so far, and only know of them through the media. I will respond to the notices whenever I receive them," he said.
It may be recalled that the ACB court had issued a summons, asking Rosaiah to appear before court on 2 August, seeking an explanation from him over the denotification of 9.14 acres of prime land at Ameerpet in Hyderabad in 2010.(INN)
