Dharmana Prasada Rao Appears Before CBI Court In Vanpic Case
Roads and Buildings Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao on Tuesday appeared before the CBI Special Court in connection with the Rs. 17,000 crore VANPIC port case.
Roads and Buildings Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao on Tuesday appeared before the CBI Special Court in connection with the Rs. 17,000 crore VANPIC port case.
The court, while adjourning the hearing on the case to October 9, granted anticipatory bail to Dharmana Prasada Rao following his petition.
While sanctioning the anticipatory bail, the court asked him to produce a surety of two persons along with a personal bond of Rs 25,000.
Venkatrami Reddy and Satya Sai gave surety for Dharmana Prasad Rao.
Earlier, Rao greeted Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy in the court premises when the police produced the latter in connection with the disproportionate assets case.
Dharmana Prasad Rao is the fifth accused in the case. (INN)
