Hundreds of devotees thronged the various Hanuman temples in the state on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanthi on Sunday.
Since the early morning, large numbers of devotees lined up at the temples for darshans.
Devotees who visited the famous Bhadrachalam temple got a darshan of Bhadradri Sri Ramachandra Swamy after seven hours. The devotees, particularly Hanuman maladarulu, took a bath in the Godavari river and made offerings.
Devotees also flooded the Kondagattu Hanuman temple in Jagithyal district. It took six hours for most to get a darshan of Lord Hanuman here.
