Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy called upon the Congress cadre to fight against Prime Minister Narendra Modi on behalf of the people who were allegedly suffering due to demonetization of the 500 and 1,000 notes.
Addressing a meeting held at Gandhi Bhavan on Tuesday, the TPCC chief advised Party leaders to implement the action plan laid by the AICC to tackle people's problems that ensued from the note ban. He said that the Congress cadre had to pull up the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for changing his stance on the issue and supporting the Prime Minister instead.
He urged the leaders to bring in as many cadre members as possible to participate in the agitations that were to be launched on January 19.
