Complete Jagan Assets Case Quickly, HC Tells CBI

Examining a PIL on the delay in Jagan's case, the court asked the CBI to speed up the case by clearing the pending discharge petitions.

The Hyderabad High Court today directed the CBI to expedite the process of handling the discharge petitions pending in the disproportionate assets case of YSR Congress Party President and Leader of the Opposition in Andhra Pradesh, Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.

Examining a PIL on Jagan's case, the court asked the CBI to speed up the case by clearing the pending discharge petitions.

Since MLAs and MPs were involved in the case, it should be completed quickly, the petitioner urged the court.
