It is also expected that, with the prevailing northeasterly to easterly winds over the State, the minimum temperature will fall below normal (from minus 2 degree Celsius to minus 3 degree Celsius), which will be in the range of 9 deg C to 13 deg C. There would be no significant change in the maximum temperature, which would hover over 28 deg C to 32 deg C, the IMD said.
As per the reports, from January 14 to 20m 15 districts including Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Jogulamba-Gadwal, Nalgonda, Yadadri-Bhongir, Suryapet, Warangal (U), Warangal (R), Jangaon, Mahabubabad, Khammam and Bhadradri-Kothagudem would experience a minimum temperature -3 deg C below normal, ranging anywhere between 10 deg C to 14 deg C.
From January 14 to 20, 16 districts - Adilabad, Komram Bheem-Asifabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Karimnagar, Rajanna-Sircilla, Peddapalle, Jagtial, Mancherial, Medak, Siddipet, Vikarabad, Rangareddy, Sangareddy and Jayashankar-Bhupalpally - will experience a dip in minimum temperature from -3 deg C to -4 deg C, ranging between 8 deg C to 12 deg C.
