CM In Delhi: Discusses Telangana, 14F
Kiran Kumar Reddy has discussed with the Congress High Command the issues of Telangana, the 14 F clause, and Polavaram ana Pranahita-Chevella, among others.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy is in New Delhi, meeting the Congress High Command to discuss a slew of issues.
He met Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh separately.
Kiran Kumar Reddy told the media that he has asked the High Command to delete Clause 14 F from the Presidential Order of 1975. He also asked for a National Status to be accorded to the Polavaram and Pranahitha-Chevella projects.
The issue of the upcoming Cabinet reshuffle was also discussed in his meetings with the Congress big-wigs.
Kiran Kumar Reddy said he has also requested the Centre to solve the problem of Telangana.
He went on to say that his government has solved several problems in the past 6 months, and that similarly, the Telangana issue will be solved.
