TDP president Chandrababu Naidu today came down heavily on the ruling YSRCP, and alleged that development in Andhra Pradesh had come to a standstill in the YSRCP rule.
He made these remarks while addressing an extended meeting of the party at the state party headquarters.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the state was witnessing completely new conditions under the YSRCP rule, and that CM Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy had damaged the state even more than the bifurcation had.
He alleged that the CM didn't have any character or faith, and that history would not forgive him.
There was no respect for any democratic institutions or ideals any more in the state, with the legislature, the judiciary and the opposition all under attack.
Assembly sessions now saw little beyond use of abusive language, the YSRCP was making postings to the judiciary of the state now, and the state government was now filing illegal cases against TDP leaders the moment they came out of their houses, he claimed.
