Note-For-Vote Case: Naidu Seeks Stay On ACB Court Order

Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu approached the High Court seeking a stay order on the "note-for-vote" scam investigation ordered by the ACB Court.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today filed a petition in the High Court seeking a stay order in connection with the "note-for-vote" scam investigation.

In his petition, Naidu pleaded with the High Court to stay the Anti-Corruption Bureau court's order that asked its officials to initiate a reinquiry into the case.

The High Court admitted the petition and adjourned the hearing for Friday.
