The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau Court today granted permission for Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's foreign trip.
The Chief Minister told the court that he had to travel to Brisbane, Davos, Australia, Singapore and Switzerland, and asked for his passport to be allowed to be kept with him for six months for the purpose.
The court permitted the CM's proposed travel, and told him to return the passport by July 6.
The CM is expected to travel abroad from January 13 to 23.
For the uninitiated, Revanth Reddy had surrendered his passport to the Telangana High Court in the cash-for-vote case in 2015.
