Addressing the day-long hunger strike and blood donation camp organised by Youth Congress workers at Gandhi Bhavan here on Wednesday, Botsa said that some foreign enemies were trying to create a rift among Indians by carrying out terror strikes.
However, he said, the citizens of Hyderabad have proved that the "foreign powers" would not succeed in causing a division among Indians. He encouraged the Congress workers to promote communal harmony and national integration.
Congress party's senior leaders including Ministers Kondru Murali Mohan, Dr J Geetha Reddy, K Parthasarathy, D K Aruna, Government Whip Anil Kumar, MLC M S Prabhakar and others took part in the programme led by AP Youth Congress president Vamsi Krishna. (INN)
