BJP state president G Kishan Reddy, on Friday, demanded that the state government take stern action against those responsible for publishing a wrong map of India in one of the text books for the 8th standard students.
Talking to reporters at Assembly media point, Kishan Reddy said that the map does not show Kashmir as a part of India.
He said that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy should take immediate note of the issue and take action against those responsible for publishing the wrong map.
Kishan Reddy also went to say that cases should be booked against the guilty under the relevant laws, and that all text books should be immediately withdrawn and replaced with ones that have the correct map. (INN)
