Hyderabad | 26th October 2020
A native of Bihar reportedly killed a five-year-old boy at Shamirpet on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

The victim has been identified as Athiyan, and the accused as Sudhansh, a native of Bihar.

According to the details given by Pet Basheerabad ACP Narasimha Rao, the accused Sudhansh is staying in the upper floor of the building where Athiyan's family is residing. He used to take the boy to his room and shoot Sharechat videos.

The ACP said that Sudhansh had already shot three videos of the boy. However the boy fell off while shooting a video showing him jumping, and sustained injuries.

Feared facing the ire of the parents of the boy including a physical attack, Sudhansh killed the boy and wrapped his dead body in a cover.

Later, Sudhansh dumped the cover at a secluded place near the Shamirpet ORR.

The incident came to light after Sudhansh called up the parents of the victim on October 23 and demanded Rs 15 lakh from them.

The parents immediately lodged a complaint with the police, who got into action immediately, and identified and nabbed Sudhansh quickly using the latest technology.
