Following complaints from the public, Cyberabad Police Commissioner and Additional District Magistrate C V Anand, IPS, has prohibited the bursting of crackers / celebrating through fireworks on public roads, public places and function halls without prior permission from the police.
The police chief added that the use of DJs / orchestras in public places, functions and processions under the Cyberabad police limits was also strictly prohibited.
He also banned the use of drone cameras at functions, function halls and public places without prior permission from the police.
He warned that any persons found violating the above rules would be prosecuted.
Anand stated that crackers and loud music in public places were causing ruining the peaceful environment, disturbing students and impacting public health.
