Balakrishna Yet To Decide On Contesting Elections

He said that the final decision on his contesting would be taken by the TDP High Command.

Actor and TDP leader Nandamuri Balakrishna on Thursday said that he was yet to take a decision on contesting the ensuing elections.

Speaking to media persons after visiting the Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple at Dharmapuri here, he said that the final decision on his contesting would be taken by the TDP High Command.

However, he announced that he would take part in the election campaign for the party candidates.

He said that he had visited the temple on the occasion of the success of his film "Legend".

Although Balakrishna has been expressing his desire of contesting the elections, TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu did not react openly, and is yet to announce Balakrishna's candidature. (INN)
