What about the re-test of the Group 1 exam conducted at the B-Ed college. I was not allowed to write my exam by some hooligans, who tore my answer sheet.
Why should i pay for the incompetency of the police and the state administration. I want to write the exam, how the hell results can be declared if exam is not conducted in my center.
