T-Cong's Manifest To Be Released In April 1st Week
The Manifesto Committee's chairman D Sridhar Babu said that manifesto would include special provisions for the minorities.

On Monday, Telangana Congress Manifesto Committee chairman D Sridhar Babu announced that the party's manifesto for the new state will be released in the first week of April.
Speaking to media personnel after participating in the Ugadi celebrations at Gandhi Bhavan, Sridhar Babu said that the Manifesto Committee has made several suggestions to the Congress High Command for the inclusion of the Committee's objectives in the manifesto.
These objectives include provisions for the different sections of the society, especially for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Backward Classes, and for other minorities and weaker sections.
He said that a comprehensive development plan will be announced in the party's manifesto.
Sridhar Babu said that the Congress party was strong in the Telangana region, and that it will certainly come to power in the forthcoming elections.
Earlier, senior leaders of the Congress party, including P Narsa Reddy, Mohammad Ali Shabbir, M Satyanarayana Rao and others participated in the Ugadi celebrations. (INN)
