Chandrababu Naidu Condoles Demise Of Ramanaidu

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has conveyed his deep anguish and condolences over the passing away of Dadasaheb Phalke Award winner and legendary producer and filmmaker Daggubati Ramanaidu.
His demise came as a shock to the Telugu film industry, the Chief Minister said, adding that Dr. Ramanaidu's contribution to Telugu cinema had been outstanding.
Recalling his meetings with the movie mogul, the Chief Minister said that he was a generous man who had worked hard to churn out several blockbusters.
The Chief Minister noted that the multilingual film producer had also earned a place in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most films produced by an individual, having made nearly 150 films in 13 Indian languages.
"The laurels he won made every Telugu person proud. They will be thankful to him forever for making some of the best Telugu movies," he said.
His contribution to the growth and development of Indian cinema in general was immeasurable, the Chief Minister added, given that he had worked on movies in 13 languages.
The Chief Minister also said that Dr. Ramanaidu's contribution towards philanthropic activities had been tremendous. (INN)
