Andhra Pradesh Cabinet Expanded With Two Members

Kidari Shravan Kumar and N M D Farooq have been inducted into the AP cabinet.

The Andhra Pradesh cabinet was expanded with the induction of two ministers today.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu inducted Kidari Shravan Kumar and N M D Farooq into the cabinet. They were sworn in by Governor E S L Narasimhan at the residence of the Chief Minister in Undavalli.

According to informed sources, Farooq will be allotted the minority welfare and the health and medical portfolios, which are being held by the Chief Minister now, and Shravan will be given the girijan welfare portfolio.
