Akbaruddin Must Appear In Court

The Nampally court has rejected the recall petition filed by MIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi in the alleged hate speech case.

This makes it compulsory for him to appear before the court on May 9, as a Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) is pending against him.

A local court has asked the Madannapet police to produce Akbaruddin Owaisi in the court in connection with a petition filed by a lawyer accusing him of hate speeches.

With the recall petition being turned down, Akbaruddin has to appear before the court in connection with another alleged hate speech case. (INN)
