Another Hate Speech Case Against Akbar
Akbaruddin Owaisi has yet another case registered against him at the Delhi Parliament Street Police Station with regard to hate speeches he allegedly made in December 2012.

MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi, who was let off from Adilabad Jail on conditional bail yesterday, has yet another case registered against him at the Delhi Parliament Street Police Station with regard to hate speeches he allegedly made in December 2012 at Nirmal in Adilabad and Nizamabad town.
Cases have been registered against him at police stations in both these places under sections 121, 153, 153A and 295A. Akbar, who received bail after the completion of investigation on him, could face life imprisonment if he is found culpable under section 121 (Waging, or attempting to wage war, or abetting waging of war, against the Government of India), and at least three years under imprisonment if found guilty under section 153A (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony.).
Meanwhile, his inflammatory speeches, which were circulated on YouTube, aroused widespread outrage not only in andhra Pradesh, but also throughout the nation.
He has cases lodged against him in a total of 34 police stations all over the country.
