SSC Results: Warangal On Top, Hyderabad At The Bottom
85.63% of the 5,55,265 candidates that appeared cleared the exams, with girls leading the results.

The much-awaited Telangana Secondary School Certificate (SSC), or Class 10, exam results were released by Kadiam Srihari, Deputy Chief Minister, in the State Secretariat today.
Addressing the media, Srihari said that 85.63% of the candidates had cleared the exams of the 5,55,265 that appeared, with girls leading the results with an 86.57 pass percentage compared to the boys' 84.70. There was an 8% improvement in the results compared to last year, he said.
The exams were conducted in the month of March. 4,44,828 regular students cleared the test out of the 5,19,494 regular students that appeared. The Backward Class Welfare Residential Schools (BCWRS) topped the results with a 96.84% pass percentage. 2,379 schools secured a 100% result.
Warangal secured the top position with a 95.13 pass percentage, while Hyderabad stood last with 76.23. The district-wise pass percentages are:
Medak 90.74

Karimnagar 86.40
Khammam 84.63
Nalgonda 83.75
Adilabad 83
Rangareddy 80.07
The results were announced in just 32 days this year - last year it was 38 days. The results have been posted on www.bsetelangana.org.
The advanced supplementary exams will be conducted from June 15, and the last date to register is May 26.
