19 Booked For Malpractice In Inter Exams

As many as 19 cases of malpractice were booked during the Intermediate Public Examinations - 2013 held across the state on Thursday.

As many as 19 cases of malpractice were booked during the Intermediate Public Examinations - 2013 held across the state on Thursday.

The candidates appeared for Telugu paper -II, Sanskrit paper-II, Hindi Paper-II, Urdu paper - II and Arabic paper - II at different centres. Of the 7,88,745 registered for general courses and 72,375 registered for vocational courses, as many as 54,657 candidates or 6.34% abstained from the examination.

The Board of Intermediate Education has sent Observers to Nalgonda, Medak Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Nizamabad and Mahaboobnagar Districts. The examination has been conducted peacefully without any untoward incident. (INN)
