14 Post Office Passport Seva Kendras Opened In Hyderabad

Considering the increased demand for appointments, the Ministry of External Affairs has decided to open 14 Post Office Passport Seva Kendras (POPSKs) under the Hyderabad RPO on Saturdays from May 20 till further orders to process passport related applications.

The POPSKs will be opened in Siddipet, Adilabad, Nalgonda, Khammam, Warangal, Mahabubabad, Mahabubnagar, Medak, Bhongir, Mancherial, Kamareddy, Wanaparthy, Medchal and Vikarabad.

Some 700 applications, including PCCs, will be released in the Passport Seva Website for this Saturday - i. e. May 20 - on May 19 at 4:30 pm.

All applicants, both those registering now and those desiring to reschedule their appointments, may go to www.passportindia.gov.in or use the Passport Seva app, and attend the respective POPSKs where their slots are booked.

Prior appointment is mandatory, and no walk-in requests will be entertained at the POPSKs.

Applicants should not approach middlemen / touts / brokers, and instead make use of this special measure, said Dasari Balaiah, Regional Passport Officer.
