The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

sir
previously i stay in rented house and recently i shifted to own house all my address are in the rented house so i would like to change my adress etc
iam tring to update my adhaar adress but they are not accepting the tax-receipt house number.at the time of permission one number is given with that number the electricity meters are obtained but after completion tax assessment given another house number and by showing the receipt the adhaar centers are not accepting the reference oh house tax receipt.how can i proceed to change my permanent house address in the bank or others.
pl give the tax pay receipt as address proof or give support letter for updation

Sir myself mahalakshmi iam in need of some help from ghmc end, actually iam facing some problem. Drainage problem, there is drainage Infront of my house every one use that drainage if we say not to use drainage for washing dishes, clothes throughing wastage in it there are fighting with us, we were feedup telling them to use there washroom instead of drainage but nobody listen to us. Sir I request you people to take out that drainage from Infront of my house. I need some help from you people y because literally we were facing many problems like mostiquoes, bad smell. Due to that mostiquoes, bad smells everytime me and my family members are facing health issues. Sir please do need full.

They want us to come on road and dumb the garbage In the auto by self
When v are doing self services why do v have to pay them too
Being girls how can v come on road and take the garbage Bucket and hand it to the person who is standing on the auto
And he also says that it's your wish dump it or else take it back to home
