The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear Sir,
Good Morning,
I am a resident of King Kothi and along with me our neighbours are facing big problem due to mosquitos.
Some construction is going on beside our house due to Covid-19 the work is stopped and which leads to the breeding of mosquitos. it has become very difficult to sit even in the day time.
i request our GHMC to do the fogging of anti mosquitao spary for which we will be thank ful.

Hospitals must get cleaned by special garbage van. They are throwing waste in open. COVID-19 VIRUS tests and masks are lying in open. Dogs stray for food are smelling it. So, VIRUS is infecting stray dogs. They touch clothes in homes with SALIVA. On clothes 1 hour VIRUS is active. People at home are getting positive in just 14 days. Thus, Hospital CLEANING should be SEPERATE.

Dear sir, I am residing at jaya prakashnagar, b k guda, near s r nagar, we are facing the problem of garbage disposal, we are facing problem of unattended garbage which is not collecting by the GHMC appointed staff of dis area since 4days, in case GHMC staff has come to the colony they are not cleaning the roads.. Nowadays people are afraid of corona virus, if d roads are not clean definitely this virus may effect each and every person and with this mosquitoes also dengue virus may effect... So please take necessary action on dis issue.. R else it may effect big problem for each and everyone...

sweepers & household garbage collection boys are working in municipalities without any PPE 's like face masks, hand gloves., sanitizes & rubber shoes , they are at high risk of COVID 19 & likely become source of spread

Iam a resident of Old Malakpet, Hyderabad - 36.
I wanna complaint about GHMC garbage picker and his wife they are very rude and collecting 100/- per house. Previously it was 60/-than 80/- and now it is 100/- We are paying it anyhow. He use to come once/twice in aweek and sometimes wont collect garbage also as it is becoming more unhygenic for our childrens. He is irregular and blaming us that their is more garbage to collect . We use to say u r not coming regularly thats y it is more for u to collect but he wont listen and behaves like very rude if u wont take any action about these arrogant GHMC garbage collectorthey will become careless and raise their demand from Govt. . If u cancel one license of such people everybody will do their duties properly. It is my humble request to take serious action about such peoples otherwise people will start throwing garbage on roads as usually. pls take serious action. GHMC vehicle no. TS 11 UB 7361

We are facing sevior issue with the dump cleaning team.

We are from Kondapur-Prasanth Nagar, Landmark - E M R Apartment

From past 1 week no one collecting the dustbin from us. Our next door people saying that they are demanding money and they are taking the dump so far.

Kindly look into our issue, please take necessary action on this.

Respected Team,
In my colony there was issue with Manhole leakage and no sanitization activities(i.e.) bleaching,cleaning, mosquito repellent spraying are not taking place...In colonies near to our house,all GHMC tasks are performed without any issues but they are not even stepping to our colony.
Even though Drainage a are cleaned,garbage is picked by any GHMC members.They are leaving it on road which is causing issues to residents with odd odor, mosquitoes etc.
I have raised complaints and spoke to concerned team but none are actioning it.
My sincere request to concerned Team is to look into the issue and help our colony members with hygiene environment.
Kindly send concerned Team to collect garbage,spray bleaching powder and mosquito repellent medicine in our colony.

Respected Sir,
Please note that at Chandulal Baradari, Industrial Estate, Beside Fire Station locality, 19-2-239/6/A. We are facing problem of unattended GARBAGE which is not collecting by the GHMC appointed staff of this area, since few days (5 days). So, we kindly request you to instruct the concern persons to collect the GARBAGE on regular basis. Please look into the matter and try your best to solve this problem the soonest.

We stay in RL nagar, Rampally Ward no. 1 of Nagaram municipality. We are facing the problem of garbage disposal. He use to collect the waste 4 to 5 days. After several complaints against him recently he started coming for collecting the waste every alternate day. But since he suspects only me of complaining he is not lifting the garbage from my house alone. Several times I asked him to lift the waste but in vain. Since 3 months we used to throw the waste in government provided bins which are far away. But due to lockdown we are unable to do that also. Please look into the matter and solve our problem.

Sir we are staying in Nagole Road No 2C ,Adarsh Nagar Colony sir from past 1week onwards no one is come to take home wastage how many days still I hve to wait for this people ......if I keep it all more than 1week wastage in my home definitely we the people will suffer from infections...wen month 1st comes directly they will come up and collect money now why these people are not taking responsibility.....Please do the needful..Thankq sir
