GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

My PTIN NO is 1030700767. I have paid mypropp property tax ghmc hyderabad is sending property tax bill of a different person named gopal chary whose ptin no is 1030700120.On this bill of gopal chary ghmc is printing my house address & sending the to me.Also ghmc is sending messages to me to pay bill of gopal chary. I am not gopal chary.Hence I request you to put the correct address of gopal chary in his bill & send the bill to gopal chary.Why ghmc cannot send the bill to gopal chary .It is the duty of ghmc to print correct address on bill of Gopal chary& send bill to him.Ghmc cannot force me to pay property tax of gopal chary because I am not gopal chary. I am gopal krishna acharya .Ghmc should realise that there are two different persons with two different ptin no’s.Hence I request ghmc to make the corrections in address of gopal chary & send bill to him.

Sir, I am a resident of Hakeempet, Tolichowki. I stay near AK SUPPLYING CO. Sana Hotel Lane. GHMC workers are not working properly. They respond very late after giving complaint. Street lanes are dirty, when workers clean the drainage, they dump the trash near to it and not lifting after dry. Please take an action immediate

Nagarjuna Nagar park has become a dumpster and has become home for all kinds of stray animals and mosquito generator. GHMC staff are also dumping road trash in the park.
Please take action to clean it up and stop future dumping.

We live on street #20, 12-13-588/h, Nagarjuna Nagar, Tarnaka-500017.
The trash collectors are not coming as per schedule, it’s piling up and dogs,monkeys are making it unbearable.
It has been more than a week now and none of them have turned up, please take action.

Sir,We are staying in nizampet.There are lot of mosquitoes in our area.people are suffering a lot with mosquito bites.In the past fogging used to be done when there r mosquitoes but now in bangaaru telangana there r no precautions to prevent mosquitoes.Please take necessary action .

Hi sir,
We stay at Neeraja colony,Tolichowki . Drianage water is leaking in our colony somewhere or other daily. Walking through the drainage water is embarrassing.We have technology/ machinery but not using properly. Keep the Hyd city clean is in your hands. Road is also in bad shape with lot of path holes.

We made this compliant 15 days back but no one has responded nor rectified the problem. We expect some reply from your office.

Here water jam in front of my house the neighbours and pipeline some water leakage so daily it's going on problem.and neighbours they r washing on road like cars,bikes ple visit once sir my no.9177308487

Parking Fee collected at MANTRA MALL CINEPOLIS ATTAPUR . They did not follow the GO regarding the parking fee. MALL PEOPLE ARE NOT RESPONDING when i said about the effevtive date is today. ( 01 -Apr 2018)

Garbage collection from home
Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Mehdi colony, Langer House, Hyderabad. The garbage collection guy comes once in 4 or 5 days. Due to the accumulated garbage there is bad odour in the surrondings. When informed multiple times to the garbage collection guy they do not respond to it.

I Request you to Kindly look into this matter.

sir, When I tried to construct tree guard in front of my house, the neighbour complaint to DC,Saroornagar and got the work stopped by the GHMC staff. Is there any GO that the place between house and road..not to be utilized for constructing tree guard for greenery,if so pl clarify the same . Pl. also furnish the e-mail ids / mobile nos. for taking up the matter with higher authorities.

Sir, I (D.KUMAR BABU) was informed and have paid property tax Rs. 26770/- on 26-02-2018 submitted Vijaya Bank Cheque to GHMC Official -Vanasthalipuram and received Receipt No.061052426021 also Full Pay against PTIN-1030505610 Door No 5-4-14 Locality :SAHEB NAGAR Circle : 3-L B Nagar 3 A

But the GHMC app still showing due of Rs.972/-
My Vijaya Bank account has been debited on 22-3-2018 with 26770/ to my Account and GHMC as the money is already credited .Kindly check and update my payment in your records and update the app as well.
