Mayor Banda Karthika Reddy on Thursday appealed to the general public to participate in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation's "Face To Face" program on November 6 from 4pm to 5pm at the GHMC head office, and get their grievances solved.
Karthika Reddy stated that during the program, public grievances would be received over telephone for the 1st half an hour, and later, grievances would be received from the citizens in person.
People can call on 040-2322-1978, 2322-2018, 2326-1330 to register their complaints.
Karthika Reddy revealed that besides the GHMC Commissioner, various government officials, including the Commissioner of Police, the HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner, the HMWSSB Managing Director, the Hyderabad district Collector, the Ranga Reddy district Collector, the AP TRANSCO Chief Engineer (Metro Zone), the Telecom DGM, the APSRTC Regional Manager and a nominee of the South Central Railways would attend the program.
This program will be conducted once a month on every first Saturday, under the chairmanship of the Mayor.
The venue for the program is the Face To Face Hall, GHMC, Head Office.

Sir, on 28-9-2016 GHMC staff has cut down the tree branches, and left it , there is a huge problem to the public, people lifted the branches and put it in front of my house, I have many times to the GHMC authority they said the vehicle are nit there, every day I am calling they stopped responding, it has been one week now , in that leaves mosquitoes are staying and bad smell is coming I informed this issue to the GHMC authority but there is no proper response. I would really appreciate if you could clean the street dogs as soon as possible at Nagole, Mamatha Nagar colony they run and jump on to the vehicle very dengarous dogs getting very difficult to reach home. Please requesting you to take an action and remove all the street dogs in the city...
Respected sir, i am the resident of salarjung colony,there is a mad dog stray dog attacting people walking,riding bikes,school children etc.since couple of weeks.please take action at your earliest because it causing inconveninece and is too dangerous for kids to play down and go to school.
We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

My name is Devi.I stay at Khairtabad behind Library,i.e Nehru Nagar colony red buildings.Garbage near to my house is the big problem for all,causing mosquitoes to spread in our area.Kindly respond accordingly.
I am resident of the Nagole(nuvula banda),near Subham functionhall ,Hyderabad people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motor bike which lead to many accident in the area. The news of the new born baby attack by the dog is not fade yet. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is headache as person who has night shifts facing worst situation.
I am requesting you to look on that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.
Sir, we are facing many problems with street dogs in our area. .....plot.no.106, sri sai ram enclave, moti nagar, hyd.we people in our colony getting afraid of these dogs.we request you to take immediate action. Especially kids are facing many problems. Thanking you, Shiva.
We planted many trees in our vacant areas. They cause lot of waste, which is being dried and burnt now with pollution and damage to buildings and even plants. Trucks have to be sent to clear the waste to every area at least once in a week
