GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

To whoever it is concerned,

Why these helplines are created when nobody ever respond to these numbers.Such a shame for the entire system. No wonder why our cities are so dirty and mismanaged.

The digging has been done for the roadwork &the dibris is leftover without leveling.water & phone lines are damage due to which difficulties for the students.plz locate to this matter & resolve the issue at earlir.thanking you, Al-Siddique High School,Bahadurpura,Hyd

Hello Sir,

Due to rains in the morning on 31st august 2016, our lane was flooded with naala water in padma colony....street no 2.....near hanuman temple... nallakunta hyd....the dirty keechad(naala waste) has spread all over...plz take necessary action to clean the dirt and plz provide pesticide spray in this area especially street no.2 urgently.....i'll appreciate your immediate action....to stop dengue,malaria from spreading.

The open drainage wall opp H. No 2-17 -5/6 , plot no 85,in Dharmapuri colony , uppal, Hyderabad is broken and adjuscent Road may give away . please repair drainage retention wall so that road is saved.

This is Hemant masabtank, Hyderabad - 28. In our locality street lights are not glowing since 24 months, I have been complaining so many times to the consult authorities, but their is no action regarding the glowing of street lights, please rectify the street lights in our line as soon as possible.

The air near Kukatpally is becoming heavily polluted and unbreathable. Some factories nearby are emitting harmful gas and the air smells bad. Kindly check the situation before people start falling sick. We are facing this problem since 6months daily at evening

Most corrupt municipal of India is GHMC. GHMC passed circular to collect 50 rs for garbage collection but illegally collecting 50 rs per door in a house. So it became 300-400 rs from a house. In India main problem is people don't ask questions and don't want face it. How can we know that collected amount is going to government without any bills. Why we should not get bills for these collection, when getting tickets for even 5 rs in bus then why we give 50 rs without bills? GHMC complaint being closed with simply ATTENDED but not Acton on ground. No escalation system available for closed complaints.

The people who come in morning time to take away the (kachra) from houses. These people are asking to pay 40 per month then only we ill take away the kachra. I kept him asking why ru not taking. He says with an attitude pay the money then only ill take & he had not took the kachra & he went away. These thing recently they started that we have to pay for a month 40rupees. If any festivals could be there we would have give them 10 to 30 rupees. These problem solution have to be solved immediately. Not nly in our colony these problem might be having so many people. This case happen at miyapur, J.p.nagar, 2 phase.

Hi Satish even I have experienced the same thing in Kondapur area, this people collecting garbage demand money from every flat in a building every month. If not paid they will not pick the garbage. I have raised a grievance with GHMC Customer Service Center but not sure if that will be of any help. This is something new for me as I have not seen this kind of behavior anywhere else outside Hyderabad.

Sir ,
I am a residence of old neredet area. We are facing problem with poor underground drainage system in our area,the water could not go to pipe line which is newly laid down as we were connected old pipe line which is blocked. It is causing overflow of drainage water into houses and causing reason for mosquitoes. Please take some action in this regard. We will be thankful for action

Hi Sir, I have a very big problem the tree branches are falling frequently on my home because of that I have threat to our lives because of that fallen branches my home is damaged badly there is no one to take responsibility to cut the tree branches. When I visited ghmc office they told not belongs to them they only cut those trees which were exist in between electric poles i dont know what to do next kindly plz help me.

Halo sir, I really appreciate GHMC for taking numerous steps to make our Hyd a better place to leave. But workers at ground level are the vital persons in execution. The auto driver cum dust picker organised by GHMC in vinayak nagar, balanagar is adamant and not at all helpful in extending his duties. People like him make all sincere efforts by GHMC go in vain. A serious warning may be given to him and advise him to be reachable to residents of this area.
