Expelled Telangana Congress MLAs Write To Speaker
The Congress is seeking video footage proving that expelled MLAs Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and S A Sampath Kumar had indeed injured Swamy Goud.

The two expelled Congress MLAs Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and S A Sampath Kumar, who are on a 48-hour "Prajaswamya Parirakshana Deeksha" at Gandhi Bhavan, today addressed a letter to the Legislative Assembly Speaker S Madhusudhana Chary alleging that he had taken a decision against the principles of natural justice by expelling them unilaterally without giving them any reason.
The government had published a gazette notification within just 12 hours, they said, without even showing the visuals on the basis of which the Speaker had expelled them from the House though they that requested for the same, they said.
The government had also leaked some visuals intentionally, they claimed.
They pointed out that the Legislative Council Chairman K Swamy Goud was with the Governor for 20 minutes even after the said incident took place, and alleged that Goud had joined the Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital only upon the direction of the government.
Congress Legislature Party leader K Jana Reddy and Leader of Opposition in the Council Mohammad Ali Shabbir too addressed a letter to the Speaker seeking footage of all cameras installed in the Legislative Assembly for Monday.
