The nine-member delegation of the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE) participated in a huge global conference and business fair at Minneapolis in United States of America. The fair was organized by the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). It has been termed as the biggest gathering of women entrepreneurs for the purpose of exchanging information through B2Bs matchmaking sessions.
WBENC is America's leader in women's business development, and is the leading third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women, with over 11,000 WBENC-Certified WBEs.
The WBENC certification is accepted by more than 1,000 corporations representing America's most prestigious brands, in addition to many states, cities and other entities.
The council provides women-driven business enterprises with certification, educational training, networking, and procurement-related, programs and services that foster growth and business opportunities between WBEs and purchasing entities.
The COWE delegation, lead by its president Soudhamini, just returned to the city. .
Goli Syamala, from the GS Digital Dream Designer Pvt. Ltd, is an entrepreneur in the field of animation, and she disclosed that she received invitations from studios like Warner bros., Nickelodeon and Disney studios.
She also met Bruce W. Smith, who is a director in the Disney Tools Studio. (INN)
