The suspension on the Police Commissioner of Vijayawada, Rajendranath Reddy, has been revoked. The decision was taken by DGP Girish.

The Commissioner was among the police officers suspended when Congress leader Lagadapati Rajagopal made his dramatic escape from the Vijayawada General Hospital last month.
