Vijay Sai's Bail Plea Hearing Adjourned

Vijay Sai Reddy had applied for bail on Thursday after Jagan was granted bail on September 23.

The CBI special court on Friday adjourned to October 4 a hearing on the bail petition moved by V Vijay Sai Reddy, auditor of YSR Congress Party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and second accused in the cases booked by the CBI against the latter in the Disproportionate Assets case.

Vijay Sai Reddy applied for bail on Thursday after Jagan was granted bail on September 23. In his bail application, Vijay Sai Reddy sought release on the grounds that the CBI has completed its investigation in the case.

The CBI court will hold further hearing on the bail plea on October 4. (INN)
