Venkaiah Naidu Happy With Government Orders Issued In Telugu
The former vice-president expressed his happiness over the issue of the government orders for the implementation of farm loan waiver scheme in Telangana in Telugu.
Former vice-president M Venkaiah Naidu today expressed his happiness over the issue of government orders for the implementation of farm loan waiver scheme in issued in Telugu.
He congratulated the Telangana government for issuing the orders in Telugu.
He said that he had always suggested that administrative matters, including government orders, in the Telugu-speaking States should be issued in Telugu.
"It is heartening to note that the Telangana government has issued orders on the farm loan waiver guidelines in Telugu. I am very happy that a government order has been issued in Telugu for the first time. When the administration is for the sake of the people, I have always maintained that information relating to government orders and administration should be in a language that is easily understood by the people. Congratulations to the Telangana government, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Agriculture Secretary Raghunandan Rao and other officials and staff involved in the preparation of these orders and for issuing the orders in Telugu giving priority to the convenience of the people," Naidu said in his tweet.
He also expressed his wish that the governments of the two Telugu States provide all orders and information entirely in Telugu from now on.
