Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader M Venkaiah Naidu on Sunday stated that the Congress party in the state is in disarray and that the administration has collapsed.
Talking to media persons, Naidu said that the infighting between Congress leaders, hitherto hidden from public view, has now come to the fore.
He said that the Congress leaders are talking openly against each other, and the lack of coordination among them has led to collapse of the administration.
The senior BJP leader said that he was beginning to doubt if the cabinet ministers were interested in protecting the interests of the region where they hailed from. Naidu termed this 'selfish politics', and said this is not good for the people of the state.
The BJP leader also said that ministers should desist from
terming people as 'traitors', as it was not treason to demand a separate state.
Naidu further said that it would be better if the ministers concentrate on people's issues rather than indulge in finding faults with each other.
