The government of Andhra Pradesh has arranged two flights for Friday and Saturday, to transport the Uttarakhand flood victimz from Dehradun to Hyderabad.
One flight left Dehradun on Friday at 11:15pm, and the second flight leaves on Saturday at 5:45pm.
The rescue teams deployed at Dehradun are reviewing the rescue operation every day, and searching all rehabilitation camps and hospitals for identifying AP pilgrims, in addition to liaisoning with the officials at the Uttarakhand central control room and military officials who are dealing with the rescue operations.The rescued Andhra pilgrims are treated well, and medical attention is being given to them before they are sent to Hyderabad.
The 24 hours helpline is receiving reminder calls for missing pilgrims. On Friday, the centre received 37 reminder calls, and 120 complaints over telephone. (INN)
