Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, who is on a two-day visit to the city, called on Union Minister K Chiranjeevi at the latter's residence at Jubilee Hills on Sunday.
Akhilesh and Chiranjeevi reportedly held discussions on some important tourism projects for Uttar Pradesh. Further, it was also discussed that joint measures will be taken up by the Centre and the UP government to promote tourism in the state.
PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana, Ministers Vatti Vasantha Kumar, Danam Nagender and Ganta Srinivasa Rao, MPs Subbarami Reddy and M Anjan Kumar Yadav, MLAs Kanna Babu, Ellampalli Srinivas and others were also present.
Akhilesh Yadav is in Hyderabad to participate in the All India Yadava Maha Sabha national executive meeting at Nagole on Sunday.
Earlier, Akhilesh had a breakfast meeting at the residence of the Revenue Minister Dr. N Raghuveera Reddy. (INN)
