TSRTC Strike Goes On, KCR Orders Recruitment Of Temporary St
The Telangana government plans to recruit on a daily wage basis, staff like drivers, conductors, electricians, mechanics, shramiks and others.

The Telangana government on Sunday issued a notification for the recruitment of temporary staff for the TSRTC as the employee strike continued for the ninth conservative day.
In the notification, the government offered salaries ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,000 per day. The government plans to recruit on a daily wage basis, staff like drivers, conductors, electricians, mechanics, shramiks and others.
The notification came followed by a directive from Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, who has refused to talk to the TSRTC unions' leaders.
The government may also recruit retired technical staff from the transport, police and other departments, for the TSRTC.
