TRS MP Jithender Reddy today expressed displeasure at the Opposition Congress creating a logjam in Parliament for 22 days.
Participating in a debate on the Lalitgate row, Vyapam and other such issues, the TRS leader said the way the House was being run resembled a tennis match.
"I have not been able to understand what is happening in Parliament for the past 22 days," he thundered.
He sought to know why this ruckus was being created by the Congress.
"The continuous stalling of the proceedings in Parliament is preventing states from bringing their problems to the notice of Parliament," he lamented.
"Can the House allow us to bring Telangana's issues concerning the Begumpet airport, High Court bifurcation, officials' division, water, irrigation and others?" he asked. "Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is asking us to raise these issues in Parliament, but Parliament is barely functioning."
On the Lalitgate row, Jithender Reddy said, "We do not think that External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj committed a mistake or violated any laws."
