Peddapalli MP and TRS leader Dr. G Vivek demanded the immediate removal of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and DGP V Dinesh Reddy from their posts.
Talking to reporters at Karimnagar on Sunday, Vivek said that the CM and the DGP were responsible for the attacks on Telangana supporters by Samaikyandhra activists during the APNGOs public meeting in Hyderabad, on Saturday. Condemning the attack, he said, "Kiran Kumar Reddy was acting more like an agent of the Seemandhra region than as the Chief Minister."
He also accused the DGP of showing bias towards Samaikyandhra activists. He demanded that both of them be removed from their posts immediately.
Vivek also condemned the ministers and legislators from the Telangana region for remaining mute spectators to the attack on Telangana supporters. (INN)
