Telugu film comedian Ali, who has been enthralling audiences for over three decades, was conferred with an honorary doctorate.
The European United University of Coimbatore conferred on him the honorary doctorate. The robes will be presented to him on May 25.
Ali, who entered the Telugu film industry as a child artiste, has acted in movies for a long time, and has several memorable roles to his credit. He also featured as the lead actor in a few films.
Now, apart from movies, he hosts a successful game show called "Ali 369" for a Telugu TV channel. (INN)
