TRS MP B Suman today took objection to Telangana Political JAC chairman M Kodandaram's statement allegedly claiming that Telangana was achieved solely due to the sacrifices made by students.
Addressing the media today, Suman alleged that Kodandaram was trying to distort history. TRS supremo K Chandrashekar Rao made Kodandaram the chairman of the JAC for a reason - Statehood. Therefore, it was wrong on part of the professor for attributing the Statehood to students alone.
Suman added that most sections of the Telangana region supported the Statehood movement followed by the protracted struggle by CM KCR and his team, resulting in the formation of the new State
